registration return to top why attend? founded in 1994, the health care systems research network (hcsrn) is an innovative consortium of research centers based on community-based health delivery systems. the hcsrn consists of 18 members (17 based in the us and one in israel). members of the network share a commitment to rigorous public domain research that addresses critically important questions for improving health and healthcare . the conference is open to the entire research community including those from member and non-member sites, clinicians, patient-partners, federal and industry partners and others with an interest in improving health care for all. our program includes scientific results, health informatics and insights about conducting research in real-world care delivery settings. our work has cross-disciplinary appeal for health services researchers, behavioral scientists, epidemiologists, data scientists, among others. findings from the hcsrn conferences have been published in special supplement issues of clinical medicine and research , and more recently, the journal of patient-centered research and review . ample networking opportunities and high 2019.......................presenter registration deadline deadline and procedures presentation submissions will be accepted through friday, november 2, 11:59:59 pm pt. you may submit more than one abstract/panel for review. however, each submission must be completed in full before a new submission can be started. acknowledgment of receipt of submission will be sent to the presenting author's email upon completion of submission. the conference planning committee reserves the right to accept and determine the presentation format, or decline all submission. if your abstract is not accepted for an oral presentation, it may still be accepted for a poster presentation. submitters will be notified of acceptance status by wednesday, december 10, 2018. all presenters are required to register for the conference by friday, january 11, 2019. accepted abstracts may be published in an online supplement publication selected by the conference planning committee. online submission abstracts/panels must be submitted via the online submission system on the conference website. please carefully review your abstract/panel prior to finalizing your submission. you must click “save” to successfully submit. if you do not click “save” on the final submission screen, the abstract/panel is not considered submitted and will not be reviewed. edits to the submission may be made online after until the deadline of 11:59 pm pt on friday, november 2, 2018. editing a submission requires you to log in via your submitted email address and provide the passcode that you create when you begin the submission process. acceptance of submissions compliance with all stated conditions including adherence to the deadline is required. acknowledgment of receipt of submitted abstracts will be sent via email upon submission. presenting authors must register no later than friday, january 11, 2018, for their abstract/panel to be published in the conference materials and for their presentation to be included in the conference agenda. presenters not registered by this deadline will be removed from the conference proceedings. individuals submitting abstracts agree that if their abstract is accepted, they will attend the conference and present their abstract as scheduled. the presenting author should be prepared to answer substantive questions about all aspects of the data. if a change community & worksite health abstract/panel formatting and content requirements abstract titles are limited to 150 characters. titles should be entered in title case. title case has a capital letter
